We want you to be totally obsessed with your new gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return slip to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
